Peterson House is one of the most sought-after wedding venues in the Hunter Valley. Onsite chapel, a beautiful marquee for the wedding reception and plenty of great spots for photos.
They don’t currently offer onsite accommodation. But they do have an affiliate deal here. Peterson House is also centrally located in Pokolbin. There are many accommodation options nearby.

Enzo Weddings is a very popular wedding venue in the Hunter Valley. They have onsite accommodation, a beautiful air-conditioned chapel and a stunning reception venue.
It’s been managed by the same team for many years. You can expect the best service from Enzos. They also have plenty of locations for photos.

Bimbadgen Palmers Lane has recently become an incredibly popular Hunter Valley wedding venue. And it’s clear to see why.
Gorgeous views, great team and delicious food.
They offer indoor and outdoor options for the wedding reception. Plus a beautiful location for the wedding ceremony. You can also enjoy their onsite accommodation.

Circa 1876 is an outstanding wedding venue in the famous Hunter Valley. We’ve done many weddings there. It’s definitely one of our favourites.
Outstanding food, great service, on-site accommodation, a beautiful location for your ceremony (outdoor and indoor options), and great locations for photos.
Most people have the dancefloor on the balcony, which has a ceiling, protecting you from the weather.
Prices range from $185 per person to $220 per person.
Circa 1876 can fit up to 150 guests.

Redleaf Wollombi is a Tuscan-inspired luxury retreat set on 100 acres of land in the historic town of Wollombi. It’s a must-see Hunter Valley wedding venue.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people.
They offer small weddings for up to 80 people. Or larger weddings in the marquee.
Redleaf Wollombi posts great content on their Instagram. This is an ideal way to see what your wedding could look like.

Tocal Homestead is one of our favourite Hunter Valley wedding venues. It is located at 957 Tocal Road in Paterson NSW.
This Hunter Valley wedding venue features a heritage-listed homestead in a beautiful country setting.

The Woodhouse Wollombi is a luxury Hunter Valley wedding venue. Located on a stunning 100-acre property in Wollombi NSW. It’s only a short 2-hour drive from Sydney and a 1-hour drive from Newcastle and the Central Coast.

Peppers Creek Barrel Room and Chapel should be on your list of wedding venues to check out in the Hunter Valley. Located in Pokolbin, this venue features a sandstone chapel and a large wedding reception venue. This Hunter Valley wedding venue can accommodate up to 180 guests.

Adam’s Peak Country Estate is a beautiful Hunter Valley wedding venue. Located in the country town of Broke, just a short drive from Pokolbin. Adam’s Peak features beautiful locations for photos, fresh country air and The Barn or Hay Shed for your wedding reception.
Key Points:
Wallalong House is a Hunter Valley wedding venue located near the beautiful town of Morpeth. It’s a 2 hours drive north of Sydney in the Hunter Valley NSW.
This Hunter Valley wedding venue includes a stunning 200-year-old fig tree for the ceremony location. You’ve probably seen it on TV before. Wallalong House is a must-see wedding venue in the Hunter Valley.
Key points:
Expect to pay $140 to $180 per person for a popular Hunter Valley wedding venue. Some venues can cost upwards of $220 per person.
If you’re on a budget, consider booking ‘off peak’. The busy season typically runs from September to December. Also, reducing your guest list will be the best way to save costs.
The Hunter Valley will usually be more expensive than Newcastle. But it’s also more popular.
Many venues also have a minimum requirement of 80 guests for popular dates.
